The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo
The Q Revo is a great choice if you're looking for a mid-range robot vacuum and mop. It's got a fantastic mopping performance but lacks some of the advanced features that are found in its more expensive counterpart.
In tests it was able to eliminate pet hair and dry oats out of carpets with a medium-pile. It doesn't employ LIDAR, however, as other models do to map your home.

The iRobot Roomba S9+ robot vacuum is one of the most highly-rated robots. It comes with a variety of features and incredible cleaning power, including a dirt compartment that is built into the charging base. This robot can recognize your cleaning habits, and suggest automatic schedules to provide you with the ultimate hands-free cleaning experience.
The setup process is simple thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the procedure. Once the system is in place it can begin cleaning automatically with just one button. You can select a general clean, which prioritizes the removal of larger particles like rice and cereal. Or you can opt for two thorough mappings to ensure that your entire home is completely cleaned.
This robot vac performs well on both floors that are bare and low-pile carpet. It can remove pet hair and also suck large objects up. It doesn't lose its suction as quickly as other robot vacuums. It does have a hard time with high-pile or plush carpet, but iRobot claims it will get better in the future with new models.
The S9+ is a new design by iRobot that focuses on improving edge and corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba to adopt an open-fronted, flat-fronted design, which will allow it to fit into furniture and walls. It's an improvement over the hockey puck-shaped robovacs which are widely used, but we found it to be only marginally better than circular models.
iRobot claims that the S9+ also features a superior filtration system, which prevents tiny particles and allergens from circulating throughout your home. We like the claim, but not enough to justify a premium price.
Its smart navigation system utilizes sensors to keep track of the arrangement of your home and vSLAM to map the interior. It can then clean your entire home with ease by avoiding obstacles like stairs and other obstacles. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and also set virtual boundary markers so that the robot knows which areas need extra attention.
2. Roborock Q Revo
Roborock Q Revo is a robotic that is a combination of mopping and vacuuming. Its vacuum settings are just as good as those found on higher-end models. And its mopping system is superior - its spinning pads scrub floors more effectively than an ordinary pad that vibrates.
It's only downside is the lack of a second brush for more thorough cleaning. However, it's not a major issue when you're looking to purchase one of the best robots on the market. The robo-vac's tank for dust is also larger than many of its rivals, and it takes just two or three cycles to fill it up, even at the highest dirt level.
As for the mopping device, I was amazed by its ability to scrub off the tough dirt off my floors. Its two mopping modes at the lowest, which are less aggressive than the high-powered ones, produce minimal noise, allowing you to work or watch television without interruption. It will gently bump into furniture or walls and then move on whenever it comes across one.
What distinguishes the Q Revo apart is that it's designed to function almost autonomously with very little need for human intervention. The robo-vac has a multifunction dock that can automatically transfer physical trash into the hidden bin, as well as cleans and drys mop pads and replenishes its clean water tank. The app is good at alerting you when something requires attention, for example, the clean water tank running low or a scheduled cleaning session being cancelled due to a stuffed dust bin.
You can also design and merge rooms to modify the way that Q Revo will treat your home. This feature is beneficial if you have different flooring in different areas of your house or in the event that you have to regularly remove clutter, such as toys, clothes and books. The robo-vac was also one of the top performers in my test and was able to remove debris from both carpets as well as hardwood floors on the first go. It is able to vacuum up wet spills. I recommend drying the area with a towel prior to sending it in.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni
The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum with all the features you can wish for. Similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+, it is a top-quality vacuum that has powerful suction that cleans carpet and hard floors, plus a rotating mop that scrubs tough stains. It also comes with an auto-cleaning base station that automatically empty and cleans the mop pads, ensuring that they remain them germ-free and ready for use again. It also has a new sensor system that is able to better recognizes obstacles, giving it the ability to prevent falling over furniture or other objects.
The most notable improvement over the ECOVACS X1 Deebot is its sleeker, modern design. This is due to the Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. While still quite big--it's over two check here feet high and deep and weighs almost four pounds--the robot and its base are much less bulky than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot j7.
This version is also more efficient than the X1 version, since it charges faster and can complete a cleaning of around 1,500 square feet in one charge. Additionally, it comes with a larger, more durable dustbin to hold more debris and is easier to empty when needed.
The X2 Omni also has a more natural voice assistant and an app that works even if you are not at home. It also comes with an intelligent routing feature that allows it to clean specific rooms or areas of your home instead of following a set path.
The Omni X2 Omni is the most effective mopping performance of any robot we've tested, due to its mop pads that rotate to remove tough stains and a motor that produces plenty of downward pressure. Its vacuuming capabilities are excellent too, and it boosts suction when it senses carpet to ensure it does a thorough job. It also has a massive battery that can last for weeks between charges, and its mopping mode is as powerful as any we've seen in the market for a consumer robot.
4. Dreametech L10s Ultra
The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a high-end mop and vacuum robot that comes with a range of convenience features you don't often see on robots in this price. It is able to build precise floor maps, recognize different flooring types and is among the few to automatically wash and dry the mop pads. Although these features are nice to have but they also push the L10s Ultra into the luxury category which could make it a little more expensive than the average homeowner require.
The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaner. It's slim and tall and has a white-colored finish that is complemented by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is dominated by a huge bumper, which protects furniture and the vacuum from damage when moving around the house. Sensors are hidden behind the front panel, which helps the L10s Ultra navigate tight corners and avoid obstacles.
On the top of the screen, you'll find one button that serves as the on/off switch. By pressing this button, you can activate the vacuum, and pressing it again will turn off the vacuum and send it back to its base station. The central control panel has an oblique menu that lets you select cleaning modes, schedules, and preferences. The left and right buttons open the app's settings where you can customize how the L10s Ultra interacts with your home.
The L10s Ultra, like the iRobot Roomba S9+ or Roborock Q Revo uses a combination LIDAR and cameras-based navigation technology to map your home. This allows the robot to vacuum and mop effectively without getting stuck. The LIDAR assists the robot vacuum to avoid obstacles and identify them and avoid them, which is a great feature for homes with pets or small children.
The L10s Ultra is a powerful vacuum cleaner that removes 98.4 percent of the debris we test on hardwood floors and taking out all but stubborn juice staining. Its mops are efficient, clearing 98.4 percent of the debris that was found on our wood, tile, and carpet tests. It wasn't as effective in removing sand from our hard flooring or quaker oats off the carpet.
